Dr. Zheng Yihong's postdoctoral exit report titled A Study on Sustainable Use of Marine Microalgae is of great application value for algae industry and instructive significance for the selenium-rich haematococcus industrialization in the future, and will yield some broad economic and social benefits. Dr. Zheng Yihong, a PhD graduate from Wuhan University, has been a postdoctoral fellow at the PSRW for three years, during which he has led a project supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, participated in several Shenzhen Key Technical Breakthrough projects, published one SCI research paper in Algal Research, and attended and delivered reports at multiple international and national academic conferences, and filed several patent applications together with his co-advisor in China.
Dr. Jia Bin's postdoctoral exit report titled Strategies for and Economic Analysis on Microalgae Oil Resource Value Improvement, on the basis of data on raw materials and energy prices in and outside China, discusses the economic feasibility of algae oil energy and sets up a localized economic evaluation model of microalgae oil production by adopting the discounted cash flow method. Dr. Jia Bin, a PhD graduate from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, has been a postdoctoral fellow at the PSRW for three years, during which he has published three Chinese papers with two English papers in review (SCI), filed four patent applications together with his co-advisor in China, received a project grant from the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation and participated in multiple national and Shenzhen subject researches.
